So tomorrow marks week 5 of Zumba!!! Yay!!! I've been going 4-5 times a week and I absolutely love it!!!! I signed up at LA Fitness 5 weeks ago and I started just doing elliptical and treadmill until my BFF forced me into the Zumba class! It was with a girl she has been taking class from for over a year!

Of course the first class I muster the courage to take she has a sub! But that is okay because I actually stuck it out and knew this was the next thing I was going to love the most!!!
The classes we take are an hour long and they pretty much work every muscle in your body! The best is you keep moving even if you don't know all the exact steps! After week 5 I am getting better and better and I love to see how strong my body is getting. It's so fun to know that actually working out and getting healthy can be a blast!!!
